Student work

Variegated dyed merino on black tissue silk.

These scarves using cotton muslin and a variegated dyed merino in a different colour combination, showed individuality and imagination in their design. The one in the middle is that of a beginner and demonstrated methodical learning of the felt making process.

Participants were happy with their efforts and finished the day with a new lightweight scarf for the cooler days and nights of this inconsistent summer.
